For financial advisors
Spend the hour on advice, not on their spreadsheet.
Every client gets a portfolio that stays current from their own broker feeds. You get one account to manage them all from, performance and tax reports you can put in front of a client, and logins for your team.
Read-only broker access. Navexa never places an order or moves money.

You cannot advise on a history you are still assembling.
When a client’s holdings are spread across brokers, platforms and a spreadsheet, the first hours of the engagement go on rebuilding a history that should already exist. Navexa gives the client somewhere to keep it, connected to their broker, so what reaches you is complete before you open it.
Setting a client up
You pay for it, or the client does.
Create a portfolio you manage and pay for, link one you already hold to the client, or invite the client to open their own Navexa account and pay for their own subscription. The third option is the one practices tend to want: you keep the access and the reporting, and the licence sits with the client.

Your team
Everyone who needs a login has one.
Add your team as members of the practice account rather than sharing a password. An Account Administrator can manage portfolios and team access and grant a colleague access to particular clients, so a paraplanner sees the files they work on and nothing else.

Their broker feeds it, so you are not chasing a statement.
A client connects CommSec, Pearler, Stake, CoinSpot or any of 60+ others once, and their trades keep arriving on their own.

“Excellent support - minor teething issues - one of which was my mistake - overall, great product as it has the features I need for my practice portfolios.”
Is the client better off than the index?
Put a client's portfolio next to the ASX 200, the S&P 500 or any index, with the same breakdown on both sides: capital gain, income and currency movement, annualised over the period you choose. It is the answer to the question every review meeting opens with.
Tax time, without the reconstruction.
The reports are built from the trades Navexa already holds for that client, so they are there when the accountant asks, not assembled the week before.
Capital gains
Every disposal for the year, matched to the parcels it came from, with the 12 month discount applied where it is due.
Taxable income
Dividends and distributions with franked and unfranked amounts separated and franking credits totalled.
ATO myTax
The same figures laid out against the labels on the return, so they can be transcribed without rework.
Unrealised gains
What is still held and what selling it would do, parcel by parcel, before the client decides.

Each portfolio carries its own tax entity type, so a trust, a company and an SMSF each get the concession their own rules allow rather than a single default applied across the book. How tax reporting works
Scenarios
Check the rebalance before you put it to the client.
Model the trades on one client portfolio and read what they would add to that client's assessable gain, how the plan shifts their allocation across asset class, sector and currency, and whether selling at a loss and buying back inside thirty days would look like a wash sale. Navexa runs the numbers; the recommendation is yours to make.

The ATO may disallow the loss claim under TR 2008/1.

Getting the data
Nobody has to email you a file.
A client can share read-only access to a portfolio and you see their full trade history, their CGT position and every report Navexa has generated, live. No exports, no attachments, and no version of the spreadsheet that is three months old.
Sharing a portfolio sends an invite email to create an account and view the shared portfolio.

“Platform functions perfectly, very accurate and has good features on reporting, especially for tax time.”
“Great product, essential for tax time, reasonable pricing, great and responsive customer support!”
